I entered the wrong delivery address — what can I do?
If you've entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us straight away.
Before Dispatch If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we may be able to cancel it so you can reorder with the correct address. The sooner you get in touch, the better our chances of catching it in time.
After Dispatch Once your order has left our warehouse, we're unable to change or redirect the delivery address. In most cases you'll need to cancel the order and place a new one with the correct details.
PayPal Orders PayPal automatically uses the shipping address saved in your PayPal account — not the address you enter on our site. If your PayPal address is outdated, update it before your next order:
- Log in at www.paypal.com
- Click the gear icon (top right) → Settings
- Under Addresses, edit, remove, or add addresses
- Set your preferred address as primary
Tip: Always double-check the shipping address shown on the final checkout page before confirming your order.
