Shipping Options Outside Australia

We ship from our Brisbane warehouse to the following international destinations:

Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Sweden, United Kingdom, and the United States.

Shipping Methods

• Australia Post International — Used for most international destinations. Fast, fully tracked delivery.
• DHL — Used for select destinations where DHL provides the best service.

Orders to the United States All US orders are shipped via Australia Post with DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) pricing. This means all customs duties and taxes are calculated and prepaid at checkout — you won't be asked to pay anything on delivery.

Shipping Costs International shipping costs depend on your destination and order weight. To see your shipping quote, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your address — the cost will be calculated automatically.

Delivery Times Estimated delivery time for international orders is 1–2 weeks from dispatch. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing or local postal conditions.

Tracking All international orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Track your order on our tracking page.
