Why was my payment declined?
If your payment didn't go through, here are a few things to check:
1. Confirm whether your order was placed Look for an order confirmation email (check your spam or junk folder too). If you have an account, log in and check the Orders section. No confirmation and no order listed usually means the payment didn't process.
2. Common reasons for a failed payment - Card details entered incorrectly — double-check the number, expiry, and CVV - Your bank blocked the transaction — some banks flag online purchases. Contact your bank, ask them to approve the payment, and try again - Try PayPal instead — you don't need a PayPal account. Select PayPal at checkout, then choose "Pay with a card" on the PayPal screen. This often succeeds when a card is declined directly.
3. Still having trouble? - Switch to a different browser - Clear your browser cache and cookies - Disable browser extensions that may interfere with checkout
